Central National Gottesman’s (CNG) Spicers Canada Division Acquires TG Graphics to Expand Sign Industry Offerings

PURCHASE, NY—May 4, 2023—Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG), a $10B global sales, marketing, and distribution organization, announced today that its Spicers Canada division will acquire TG Graphics, a leading Canadian distributor of solutions for the sign industry specifically designed for print, dye sublimation, and engraving applications.

Founded in 1981, TG Graphics is headquartered in St. Laurent, QC, with additional facilities in Burlington, ON, Saskatoon, SK, and Calgary, AB. The company provides solutions, service, and support for related businesses including the sale of printing and finishing equipment, media, substrates, and inks.
